Who Is Michael
Michael has been a PGA Teaching Professional since 2011 and was included in the Golf Digest "Best Young Teachers in America" list from 2016-2022. He has competed at all levels, to include junior golf, NCAA golf, and professional golf. Michael still competes in professional events and believes in keeping up with his game to "lead by example." Some of Michael's clients have included top juniors, amateurs, and college golfers, as well as touring professionals - one of which shot a 59 while working with him.

He has spent time watching and learning from many of the world's best instructors. Some of them include GOLF Magazine TOP 100 Teachers, Chris Como, Mike Dickson, EA Tischler, and more. Michael spends many hours learning and studying the golf swing while attending educational events around the country.

Michael has also been a guest speaker at the North Coast Golf Show in Philadelphia and featured in several golf publications.
Teaching Philosophy

"I believe that everyone is built differently. Each student has their own limitations and strengths. My goal is to focus on the strengths while working around the student's individual limitations and tendencies. Our bodies are all different, so let's find a way to make it work for us!

The golf swing is a dynamic movement. My goal is to help create a movement the student can repeat under pressure. In doing so, we will pay attention to how the student swings and align their preferences while using technology to quickly and effectively improve each student's game."

Most people are visual learners. Being able to compare your swing to others, see before and after videos, and see the "feel" vs the "real" is so important to efficient learning.
We will use V1 on course and for short game when Trackman is not there.
